1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rilvyu, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Rilvyu is a marketplace platform that connects content creators with businesses seeking user-generated content. We facilitate the discovery, booking, payment, and delivery of content creation services.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Creator Obligations

As a creator on Rilvyu, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information in your profile
  • Complete verification requirements
  • Deliver content as specified in project briefs
  • Maintain professional communication with clients
  • Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

5. Business Obligations

As a business on Rilvyu, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Create clear and complete project briefs
  • Make timely payments for services
  • Provide constructive feedback to creators
  • Not misuse content beyond agreed usage rights

6. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed through Stripe and held in escrow until project completion. Rilvyu charges a 20% platform fee on all transactions. Creators receive 80% of the project value upon content approval.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of their content until usage rights are transferred as specified in the project agreement. Businesses receive the usage rights specified in their purchase.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, parties should first attempt to resolve issues directly. If unsuccessful, Rilvyu's support team will mediate. Rilvyu's decision on disputes is final.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users or the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

Rilvyu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
