What is the platform fee?
Rilvyu takes a 20% platform fee on all transactions. This covers payment processing, escrow protection, dispute resolution, and platform maintenance. The fee is automatically calculated and shown transparently in every transaction.
How does escrow protection work?
When a business pays for content, the funds are held securely in escrow by Stripe. The money is only released to the creator once the business approves the delivered content. This protects both parties.
How do creators get paid?
Creators connect their bank account via Stripe Connect. Once content is approved, payments are released within 48 hours directly to their bank account. We support payouts in 40+ countries.
Can I negotiate prices?
Yes! Creator rates are starting points. You can message creators directly to discuss custom packages, bulk orders, or ongoing partnerships. Many creators offer discounts for repeat business.
What if I'm not happy with the content?
All packages include revision rounds. If the content doesn't meet the agreed brief after revisions, you can request a refund through our dispute resolution process. We review each case fairly.
